A hydraulic power plant is an assembly for generating hydraulic power from a source of electrical or fuel energy. This system is the result of the addition of numerous components that make it functional while meeting the environmental and safety standards imposed.
The example below shows a typical hydraulic system that allows you to understand the principle of operation of the main components installed on a plant (pumps, distributors, filters, and accumulator).

The electrical level is part of the safety of the system. It allows us to know the level of oil present in the tank. |
Filtre air |
Filtration is an essential element of any hydraulic plant, for it to operate in the best conditions. Filtration also makes it possible to perpetuate the system and therefore to increase its lifetime. The purpose of the air filter is to remove particles from the ambient air in order to avoid fouling and deterioration of the system. |

Cooling system |
When the system is used intensively (rolling, under long-term pressure), the oil heats up and loses its desired properties. The oil cooling system keeps it at the temperature where its characteristics are the best - between 40 and 45 ° C. Two types of cooling are commonly used: water / oil cooling or an air / oil cooler. |

Temperature control |
